DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER OR SERVICE PROVIDER TO START USING SAVECHAT SERVICES?

No. You only need to downgrade to a lower plan if you are on a high tier plan to maximize the savings.

HOW DO I MAKE A CALL WITH SAVECHAT?

Calling can be done through our Mobile App.

DOES THE CALLER NEED TO PAY FOR CALLING ME?

The person calling you pays Singapore local air-time charges, which is usually free.

WILL I RECEIVE PHONE CALLS WITHOUT TURNING ON MY SINGAPORE SIM CARD?

Yes. After activation of SaveChat Service, all calls will be forwarded to your assigned Overseas Number. Singapore SIM Card is not necessary to be turn on.
